Circle National Trust is seeking a seasoned Chief Operating and Trust Officer to oversee daily operations, governance, and compliance across the entity. You will report to Circle Group leadership and the Trust Board, shaping the business plan, ensuring resources, and coordinating with executives to drive profitability and safety of fiduciary activities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in general management, finance, operations, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of leading high performing teams.
• Knowledge and experience in regulated financial services operations.
• Excellent ability to investigate, analyze, and interpret data and regulations.
• Experience in a RegTech or Fintech company.
• Ability to build trust across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Passion for digital currency and blockchain technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and business of Circle National Trust.
• Represent Circle National Trust interests internally and externally.
• Report to Circle Group leadership and Trust Board on key matters.
• Develop and own the business plan to maximize opportunities and profitability.
• Execute on the business plan and coordinate with senior leaders.
• Ensure Circle National Trust has proper operating resources.
• Maintain systems for compliance and governance per regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with custody and fiduciary requirements.
• Promote a strong governance culture and timely risk mitigation.
• Engage with regulators and track communications and outcomes.
• Support audits and remediations with program leads.
• Coordinate accounting, tax, treasury, HR, and operations with Circle Group functions.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen Circle National Trust.
• Encourage critical discussion and open communication.
