Circle National Trust is seeking a seasoned Chief Operating and Trust Officer to lead day-to-day operations, drive a robust governance framework, and ensure regulatory compliance across Circle National Trust. Qualifications

• 15+ years relevant experience in general management, finance, or related discipline.
• 10+ years leading high performing teams.
• Detailed knowledge of implementing and managing a regulated financial services business (OCC experience a plus).
• Excellent ability to investigate, analyze, and interpret data and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Circle National Trust.
• Represent the interests of Circle National Trust within Circle Group and externally.
• Report to Circle executive leadership and Trust Board on key matters.
• Develop and own the business plan to maximize opportunities and profitability.
• Execute the business plan and liaise with senior executives for cohesive operations.
• Ensure Circle National Trust has proper operating resources.
• Maintain systems for compliance and governance and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate issues, identify risks, and mitigate promptly.
• Engage regulators with a centralized process for communications and outcomes.
• Support audits and coordinate remediation with program leads.
• Ensure accounting, tax, treasury, HR, and operations align with Circle Group functions.
• Identify gaps and opportunities; collaborate across teams for long-term foundation.
• Encourage critical discussions and drive effective internal communication.
