Qualifications

• 14+ years in general management, finance, or operations.
• 8+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Experience in regulated financial services and governance.
• Proven ability to analyze data and interpret regulations.
• Experience in RegTech/Fintech environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Circle National Trust.
• Represent Circle National Trust internally and externally.
• Report key matters to executive leadership and the Trust Board.
• Develop and own the business plan to maximize opportunities.
• Ensure efficient, compliant operations and resource availability.
• Coordinate with regulators and oversee audits/examinations.
• Manage accounting, tax, treasury, HR, and related matters.
• Drive cross-functional improvements and risk mitigation.
• Foster governance culture and effective communication.
