Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; manufacturing, distribution or engineering background a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of direct supervision and management experience.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate collaboration amongst cross functional teams.
• Strong analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to balance delivery of results, problem solving and client management.

Responsibilities

• Professionally service client organizations to solve business issues, create value, maximize growth and improve overall performance for sustainability.
• Coach frontline managers and supervisors in behavioral changes to drive performance improvements.
• Gather, organize and analyze data regarding key business drivers to present information with metrics for decision making.
• Collaborate with frontline leaders to improve leadership and management behaviors on a daily basis.
• Openly discuss business and organizational shortcomings with clients to provide feedback and guide solutions for long-term sustainability.
