DeWolff, Boberg & Associates is seeking a Management Consultant to partner with Fortune 500 clients on-site, driving transformational change. You will coach frontline managers, analyze business drivers, and implement practical improvements across operations and processes.

The role demands strong leadership, collaboration, and communication to influence behavior and build durable capabilities within client organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct supervision and management experience (Manufacturing, Distribution or Engineering industries preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, build consensus and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration amongst cross functional teams.
• Strong observation, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen and leadership skills.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to build relationships and interface with clients at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to balance delivery of results, problem solving and client management.
• Ability to juggle many responsibilities at one time to effectively partner with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop a high level of personal and professional credibility with all levels of the organization and external client.

Responsibilities

• Travel 100% weekly, Sunday–Friday, to designated project locations.
• Coach frontline managers and supervisors to drive behavioral changes that improve performance and profitability.
• Gather, organize and analyze data on key business drivers to present actionable insights and guide decisions.
• Identify and reduce waste in time and resources to improve operations and performance.
• Collaborate with frontline leaders daily to improve leadership and management behaviors.
• Build tool sets or modify existing ones to support client needs.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts quickly to ensure project success.
• Support client with program execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
