Job summary

DB&A - DeWolff, Boberg & Associates, Inc. is seeking Management Consultants to work on cross-industry transformation projects, coaching frontline managers and driving sustainable performance improvements. Travel to designated client locations is required.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of supervision/management experience, with strong analytical, communication and Excel skills to analyze data and support change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct supervision and management experience.
• Strong observation, analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing collaboration.
