Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct supervision and management experience.
• Strong facilitation and leadership skills; ability to build relationships with clients.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Advise and coach frontline managers to drive behavioral change and performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to improve leadership and process efficiencies.
