Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations and workflows to identify trends and areas for improvement; develop and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy; ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements; prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation; collaborate with various departments to optimize service delivery; monitor and report on performance metrics; assist with audits and quality assurance initiatives; support training and onboarding of new team members; resolve operational issues and provide recommendations; stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area; raise and report known or suspected violations.
• Meet all client’s financial needs and refer clients to other specialty areas as appropriate.
• Assist other team members as needed to ensure delivery of distinctive service.
• Performs other related duties as required.
