Job summary

The role emphasizes developing and delivering effective training, ensuring site readiness, and collaborating with safety, engineering and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.

You will lead the creation of training materials, coordinate improvements in training processes, and help reduce defects through targeted instruction.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to track and report training completion and effectiveness.
• Familiarity with 5S + 1 workplace organization methods.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to develop training materials.

Responsibilities

• Support standard work and training practices across the site.
• Update individual training tracking and area matrix reports daily.
• Validate training effectiveness through audits and observations.
• Train employees to build confidence and success in Flex roles.
• Address production defects through targeted training to reduce errors.
• Ensure high-quality, calibrated training across all sites.
• Collaborate with safety, engineering and quality teams on training needs.
• Develop self and others to support organizational readiness.
• Serve as a liaison for Best Practice communications across sites.
