We’re looking to add an Operations Trainer in Salt Lake City, UT reporting to the Operations Training Supervisor. You will train employees, manage training records, audit training effectiveness and support safety, quality and 5S initiatives

Qualifications

• Manage projects with cross-functional teams.
• Follow policies, ergonomic standards, and safety rules.
• Apply 5S+1 methods to organize the workplace.
• Model professional behavior and effective Ways of Working.
• Create training materials using PowerPoint and video tools.
• Pursue continuous improvement through training initiatives.
• English language fluency; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support standard work and training practices.
• Update training tracking records.
• Validate training effectiveness through audits.
• Train employees for confidence and success.
• Support addressing production defects to reduce mistakes.
• Ensure high-quality, calibrated training across sites.
• Collaborate with safety, engineering and quality training.
• Develop self and others for organizational readiness.
• Act as liaison for Best Practice communication across sites.
• Provide training evidence and matrix reports.
• Update area matrix reports daily.
