Job summary

Abby’s Legendary Pizza is seeking an Operations Services and Training Manager to support store execution, training consistency, and cross‑functional coordination. Based in the Roseburg area with minimal travel, you will reinforce standards and help roll out promotions across locations.

You will coordinate onboarding, training materials, and coaching across departments, reporting to the HR Director and collaborating with Operations, Marketing, and store leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, training, or field support.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience in a pizza chain, quick-service, or multi-unit environment is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce operating standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and day‑to‑day execution.
• Organize and maintain operating procedures, checklists, guides, and training tools.
• Lead training for new hires, shift leaders, and parlor managers; track training completion and onboarding consistency.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support promotions, campaigns, and merchandising initiatives; ensure clear communication across parlors.
• Support HR/Training in onboarding practices, policy communication, training compliance, and documentation follow-up.
