Job summary

Solina Group seeks an experienced Learning and Development professional to design, deliver, and maintain training programs aligned with organizational goals. You will collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and deliver classroom, virtual, and e-learning sessions.

You will manage the learning management system, assess training effectiveness, and keep training records up to date, while staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in L&D and/or training.
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work 100% on-site at the Bolingbrook, Illinois facility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solina Group on the design and development of training programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain training materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and e-learning training programs.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage the learning management system and maintain accurate training records.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Collaborate with employees and managers on performance management, career paths, and individual development plans.
• Perform other duties as needed.
