Job summary

ASR Group is seeking an Operations Training Manager in Baltimore, MD to lead a team of three trainers and drive the development and delivery of refinery training programs. You will partner with operational leaders to create standardized content, SOPs, and interactive materials across formats, ensuring consistent execution on the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing operational training for refining/food manufacturing environments.
• Six Sigma background preferred and instructional design experience beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to train and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of three Operations Trainers.
• Coordinate with other Operations Training Managers to standardize practices across sites.
• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate technical training programs for the Refinery.
• Create standardized work instructions and training content in multiple formats.
• Deliver Train the Trainer courses and provide coaching for OJT.
• Maintain skill matrix and recertification timelines.
• Track training KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
