Job summary

The ASR Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in Crockett, CA to lead and drive the Continuous Improvement agenda at a key operations site. You will collaborate with global teams to deploy training, tools and processes, influencing change across functions with minimal supervision and strong teamwork.

The role requires 5–10 years in manufacturing, Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and ability to coach others in process mapping, ROI analysis, and project delivery while leveraging digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred) or Lean Leader/Facilitator Certification.
• 5–10 years in manufacturing with cross‑functional change experience.
• Verbal and written English proficiency; travel 5–10% expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive standardization and systematization of efficient operating processes globally.
• Diagnose processes, identify waste, and propose improvements with line management.
• Coach leaders and ensure adoption of standard work and operating systems.
• Lead digital manufacturing, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions deployment.
• Manage Continuous Improvement projects and track benefits.
