Job summary

ASR Group is seeking an Operations Training Manager in Maryland to lead a team of three trainers and drive on-the-job training across the refinery. You will design, develop and assess technical training programs, creating standardized materials (SOPs, presentations, videos) for production staff.

You will partner with Operational Managers to implement Lean tools, maintain skill matrices, and ensure consistent training aligned with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple training projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of three Operations Trainers.
• Coordinate with other Operations Training Managers for standard practices.
• Design, develop and support technical training programs for the Refinery.
• Develop and maintain standardized work instructions.
• Create interactive training materials (SOPs, PPT, video).
• Deliver Train the Trainer courses and coach operators.
