Job summary

ASR Group, a leading cane sugar producer, is seeking a Sr. Control Engineer in Baltimore to maintain and improve instrumentation and control systems supporting plant production, quality, GMP and safety goals. You will design and implement changes to control systems and support capital projects across refineries.

You will oversee engineers and contractors, lead system upgrades, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines while driving reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Controls or Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years controls and instrumentation experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley systems and Wonderware platform.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work for the control engineers and contractors.
• Lead new control systems and modifications following ISA and safety standards.
• Maintain and upgrade control/instrumentation hardware and software.
