Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking an Operations Training Manager in Burbank, CA. You will lead a team of trainers, design and update curricula, and ensure training aligns with quality and manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Organizational Development or Training.
• Experience with LMS implementation and maintenance preferred.
• Lean manufacturing principles knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-site teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of trainers to identify skill gaps and training objectives.
• Develop, update, and maintain course curriculums and training materials.
• Create performance-focused training content and scenario-based activities.
• Manage LMS for the site and ensure training records are up to date.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and HR to align training with business goals.
