Job summary

adidas is seeking an experienced Training Lead to support the DC operations by designing and sustaining training initiatives for manufacturing and distribution teams. The role partners with HR and business leaders to deliver New Hire Orientation and ongoing process training across 6S, cross training, and coaching.

Strong facilitation skills and safety focus are essential. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership on the floor, ensuring consistent training across shifts and maintaining process

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience supervising training teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and support training teams while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create training plans and reporting on all operations process paths for team members within the Learning Management System, including 6S, Cross Training, Coaching.
• Create and conduct New Hire Orientation (NEO) with HR and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, A-01, SEA and warehouse rules, including PIT safety.
• Oversee, train and certify personnel on safe operation of equipment, including PIT.
• Partner with on-the-floor training leads to maintain consistency and spirit of process training.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and remediation training as needed.
• Facilitate courses and/or learning sessions for associates and leadership.
• Administrative tasks: printing and organizing learning materials, tracking training sign-offs.
