Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking a Technician Trainer in Lynnwood, WA to lead advanced OJT and classroom programs. You will develop training plans, work with Engineering and Production to ensure up-to-date content, and evaluate trainee progress to improve workforce capabilities.

The role requires strong electronics knowledge, experience with training delivery, and the ability to manage multiple training programs while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or related production.
Advanced knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, AS9100, and IPC standards.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and manufacturing instructions.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update training plans for Technicians.
Coordinate classroom, OJT, and virtual training sessions.
Ensure training completion for new hires, transfers, and current employees.
