Job summary

Airshare in Overland Park, KS is seeking an Operations Trainer to design and deliver structured training for the Owner Services and Flight Control teams, focusing on the Flight Management System and SOPs.

You will develop LMS paths, track training data, mentor new hires, and ensure documentation aligns with SOPs, while adapting to diverse learning styles and coordinating with the OCC Training Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven teaching experience and instructional tools.

• Experience designing and implementing training programs and materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and primary trainer for Flight Management System (FMS) training.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Support structured, modular training programs with onboarding focus.
• Develop LMS paths, presentations, and quick reference tools.
• Ensure training documentation aligns with SOPs and improves efficiency.
