Job summary

Airshare is seeking an Operations Trainer to lead training for the Owner Services and Flight Control teams. You will implement structured programs, coordinate recurrent sessions, and maintain documentation while leveraging expertise in operations, the Flight Management System, and Airshare offerings.

You will tailor approaches to diverse adult learners, assess training needs, and drive knowledge across teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in effective teaching methodologies and instructional tools.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Deep understanding of diverse learning styles and how to tailor training approaches.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with training in complex systems, preferably flight scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and primary trainer for Flight Management System (FMS) training.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on the FMS and SOPs.
• Provide support and mentorship to new hires for a smooth onboarding.
• Assist in implementing structured, modular training programs.
• Support QA by identifying knowledge gaps and training needs.
• Maintain records of initial and recurrent training for Owner Services and Flight Control teams.
• Develop LMS paths, presentations, and quick reference tools.
• Ensure training documentation is accurate and aligned with SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiencies and training impact.
