Western Growers seeks a Manager, Operations Training to lead onboarding and develop learning programs for Claims Operations, Customer Service, Provider Operations, Eligibility and Finance at WGAT/PCMI. You’ll design content, measure effectiveness, and partner with SMEs to align with regulatory and business needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Business required.
• 5-7 years of experience designing learning and facilitating training in a business environment plus 5+ Years managing a team of direct reports.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and ISD/ADDIE.
• Formal education in Adult Learning a plus.
• Experience with online and in-person training delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Design & Implement Learning: identify learning needs and gaps; manage design, development, maintenance and implementation of learning content.
• Develop tools to measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement with a focus on organizational change and business results.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person learning content independently and with SMEs on procedures, customer services and use of proprietary software.
• Partner with SMEs to develop training curricula that meet regulatory compliance and departmental needs.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals (and contractors) to achieve training goals and drive results.
