Job summary

Adhesives Research, Inc. is seeking a Training and Development Manager to create, implement and oversee a comprehensive training program aligned with our operational excellence framework.

The role focuses on identifying needs, designing programs, and measuring impact on safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in operational leadership, strong communication and writing skills, and expertise with LMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational leadership role.
• Demonstrated track record in developing others and designing and executing training programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, manage projects, time and budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor a comprehensive training system aligned with objectives.
• Identify and assess training needs via job analysis and performance appraisals.
• Develop training matrices to align design with skills and staffing.
• Own LMS administration and usage for operational training.
