Job summary

Henkel, Adhesive Technologies Production in Salisbury, NC, is seeking a Training Development professional for full-time, regular employment. You will develop, implement, and sustain industry-leading training programs, manage the training matrix, and own LMS operations across the site.

You will coach department leaders on training execution, oversee trainers, and ensure audit-ready documentation while collaborating with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to align training with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, HR or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in training development and delivery.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate projects and deliver results.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Must be able to adapt to changes in workflow, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in LEAN manufacturing – Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain industry-leading training programs.
• Develop and maintain the training matrix for the site and other KPIs.
• Own training record-keeping metrics and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Supervise the network of site trainers to implement best practices.
• Provide guidance and coaching to department leaders on training content and delivery.
