Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business communications, training, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; significant experience may substitute.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and insurance brokerage context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain communications for internal clients and Accounting Center staff.
• Maintain internal and external SharePoint sites.
• Develop and manage the Accounting Center newsletter with stakeholders.
• Coordinate operational meetings with agenda and action tracking.
• Maintain onboarding curriculum and create new training modules.
• Identify training needs with department managers and analysts.
• Serve as internal project manager for Accounting Center IT initiatives.
• Develop and analyze reporting to support SLAs and performance goals.
• Manage bi-annual surveys and drive action plans from findings.
• Produce dashboards and reporting for management and corporate presentations.
