Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking an entry-level team member to support the Benefit Administration group, gaining exposure to defined benefit plans. You will assist with pension requests, data reconciliation, and client inquiries while building analytical skills on complex plan calculations.

The role emphasizes data handling, Excel proficiency, and collaboration with senior staff to ensure accurate processing and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pension plans.
• Strong time management and data analysis skills.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage pension requests, including first calculations.
• Reconcile participant data changes and year-end reporting.
• Answer client questions and work with participants.
• Analyze calculation breakpoints and test changes.
• Create or run participant data reports.
• Review and approve payments to participants.
• Maintain CRM metrics and support new client implementations.
