Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a Benefits Systems Support Administrator to assist in delivering and adopting benefits administration platforms. You will train clients, support implementations, and provide ongoing service to internal teams, brokers, and clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating demonstrations, managing shared mailboxes, and ensuring data accuracy across deployments. A fast-paced environment requires strong organizational skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee benefits experience in a group benefits environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with benefits administration systems or related platforms.
• Strong administrative, data entry, and organizational skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage shared mailboxes in line with service standards.
• Coordinate platform demonstrations, training, and support for stakeholders.
• Support implementation and renewal projects to meet timelines and client expectations.
• Gather client information and ensure forms and docs are completed for deployments.
• Provide client training and ongoing support for onboarding and utilization.
• Support platform installations, renewals, testing, and EDI processes.
• Maintain client data and flag updates and renewal activities.
• Attend meetings with clients, brokers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with management and partners to address client service issues promptly.
• Participate in cross-training to expand product knowledge.
