The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **processing disability claims**, a passion for helping others learn and grow, and experience in **training, teaching, coaching, or facilitating learning programs**. **This is an in-office position**. Daily, in-office attendance is expected to support hands-on training, collaboration, and Colleague development. **Job Description:*** Create and maintain training materials for operational systems and processes.* Responsible for developing, coordinating and facilitating trainings and trainer support, as well as curriculum for CERS Colleague onboarding. May include job-specific tasks, which could include multiple systems, disability/medical claim processing, Customer communications via phone/email/chat, fraud, Flex/HRA/HSA processing/administration, individual billing, life, annuity processing, etc.* Audit, document and report audit performance metrics for CERS Colleagues and provide weekly assessment feedback to trainees and management to ensure performance requirements are attained. **Job Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; in lieu of Bachelor's degree, position requires 3-5 years experience for job-related tasks.* 5 years experience in organization/corporate environment, or 3 years in training and development, insurance, claims or related job.* Technical expert in assigned area of software used by operational area.
