The Operations Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality operational, technical, and safety training to frontline employees within the manufacturing environment. This role focuses on consistent execution of approved training content through classroom instruction, hands‑on demonstrations, and on-the-job training (OJT), ensuring employees can perform their work safely, efficiently, and to standard.
Working under the guidance of the Operations Training Supervisor or HR Business Partner, the Operations Trainer supports new-hire onboarding, skills qualification, and ongoing capability development. The role plays a critical part in reinforcing training standards, documenting skill attainment, and providing feedback on training effectiveness and learner readiness.

Base Salary Range: $30.70 per hour
The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
