Job summary

Trex Company is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor in Little Rock, AR to oversee a manufacturing shift focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will lead a team of hourly associates and floor leaders, driving performance to meet operational targets and uphold Trex’s standards.

The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing supervision; a degree in engineering is a plus. Base salary ranges from $82,000 to $95,000 with eligibility for annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits

We are looking for a Night Shift Production Supervisor to help us oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing shift to ensure efficient production. As a Trex Night Shift Production Supervisor, you will be looked to as an innovator in the manufacturing process and expected to manage production goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role is a key member of our Operations team.

Experience

We are looking for leaders with at least 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is a plus. We want to hear from you if you have previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Production Lead.

Salary

Base Salary Range: $82,000 - $95,000 annually.

The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual bonus, in addition to the base salary.
