Trex is seeking an Operations Trainer to coach and mentor new hires during their first 30 days, update training materials, and create new content to drive process improvements. The role sits within Trex’s operations team and supports a safety-first culture in a high‑production environment.
You will deliver classroom and on-the-floor training, maintain programs, and assess competency while aligning with our five guiding beliefs and values.

We are looking for an Operations Trainer to help us meet production and quality goals. As a Trex Operations Trainer you’ll play a key role in coaching and mentoring newly hired team members throughout their first 30. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with updating existing training materials, creating new content and contributing to the development of innovative processes. As time
allows, you’ll also be assigned projects to leverage your creativity and help drive the business forward.
