The Dixon Group in Chestertown, Maryland is seeking an Operations Trainee to join our team. This rotational training program offers exposure to manufacturing, distribution and customer service. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in operations or business.

Location: 1 Dixon Square, Chestertown, MD 21620
Shift Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $40-$65k per year

The Dixon Group is looking for an Operations Trainee to join our team in Chestertown, Maryland.

As an Operations Trainee, you will gain the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful team member within our organization. As part of this rotational training program, candidates must be willing to work in all areas of the business, including manufacturing, distribution, and customer service.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience in operations or business
• Outgoing team player with a positive attitude
• Strong sense of professionalism and work ethic
• Willingness to work in manufacturing, customer service, sales, production, and distribution roles to learn our products and services
• Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing and distribution environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and additional software programs
• Strong attention to detail
