Job summary

The Dixon Group, based in Chestertown, MD, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of the company. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, process orders, and support invoicing and accounts receivable while delivering high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and detail orientation. The role offers 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday hours and a salary in the stated pay range.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support both internal and external customers with professionalism and care.
