Job summary

The Dixon Group in Chestertown, Maryland, invites applications for an Operations Trainee to join a rotational program across manufacturing, distribution, and customer service. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and a strong desire to learn within a fast-paced environment.

Gain hands-on operations knowledge, excel in customer service, and identify process improvements while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule with 8am–5pm hours and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations or business.
• Outgoing team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong sense of professionalism and work ethic.
• Willingness to work across manufacturing, distribution, and customer service roles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Location: 1 Dixon Square, Chestertown, MD 21620
Shift Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $40-$65k per year

As an Operations Trainee, you will gain the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful team member within our organization. As part of this rotational training program, candidates must be willing to work in all areas of the business, including manufacturing, distribution, and customer service.
