Job summary

The Dixon Group in Chestertown, Maryland is seeking an Operations Trainee to join our team. This rotational training program provides exposure to manufacturing, distribution, and customer service while you learn our operations.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in operations or business, with strong communication, professionalism, and a willingness to work across multiple roles.

Shift Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Range: $40-$65k per year

As an Operations Trainee, you will gain the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful team member within our organization. As part of this rotational training program, candidates must be willing to work in all areas of the business, including manufacturing, distribution, and customer service.
