Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour

In this role, you'll be trained to set up and operate Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) mills and lathes to produce precision metal components. What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or related coursework preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and an eagerness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (training provided if needed).
• Comfort using hand tools and applying basic shop math.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of your shift
• A positive attitude and commitment to working safely
