  • Discuss copays, secure payment authorization, and assist with financial arrangements.
  • Maintain patient records, documentation, and filing.
  • Support delivery scheduling and copay collection; collaborate across departments.

About the Opportunity:

The Operations Temporary Associate, under the supervision of the Supervisor, is primarily responsible for outgoing calls to customers regarding drug delivery set-up and all related services. This includes scheduling the patient's delivery based on date needed by, confirming potential adverse events, drug efficacy, and maintaining medication and allergy profiles.

Job Requirements
