Acara Solutions is looking for a PA State Pharmacist Licensed for one of our clients in Lehigton, PA. This is a fully onsite position.
- Compensation: $65/hr- $67/hr it is a salaried position
- Schedule:
- - 4 10's 8am-6pm and 9am-7pm
- - Weekends are Saturday only 9am-5pm, one per month
- On call for emergency only.
Job Duties:
- Follows the Standard of Practice to dispense prescriptions
- Performs all quality assurance steps to insure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed. Reports dispensingincidents in a timely manner, inaccordance with company guidelines
- Follows all State and Federal regulations governing the practice of Pharmacy
- Oversees the initial submission, resubmission, and collection of all third-party claims
- Managesandbalancesthepharmacyinventorytoensuremaximumrumswhileremainingin-stockforcustomerneeds.
- Ensuresprescriptionfilesand othermanualrecordsare maintainedin accordancewithallstateandfederalguidelines
- Ensure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees always
- Insure all loss Prevention policies are followed by all employees and report deviations from said policies to Loss Prevention
- Overseesthemaintenanceof thepharmacydepartmenttoinsurea clean andprofessional environment
- Maintainsanddevelopsprofessionalrelationshipswithdoctorsandothersinthehealthserviceprofessions
- Maintainawarenessofdevelopmentsin thePharmacy and Health Care Services fields that relate to job responsibilities and integratesthem into ownpractice
- Maintains confidentiality regarding all patient information
- Facilitates communication between professional staff and pharmacy personnel.
- Workon-callschedule,whereapplicable
- Interactswith FacilityManager in theappropriatecompletionof hiringpractices,performancereviewsanddisciplinaryactionsofpharmacydepartment personnel.
- Perform MTM, IMMR, short stay reviews, delivery at discharge, and other clinical functions to support consultant pharmacists and maintain compliance
at customer locations.
- Assists in meeting or exceeding budgetary sales guide lines and operating the pharmacy within said guide lines
- Interface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum: BS or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy
Job Requirements:
- Possess and maintain a valid State License and current registration to practice Pharmacy
- Ability to stand/walk throughout majority of shift

- Basic keyboarding skills
