Job summary

PRAB in New Jersey seeks a Manager of Operations and Technology to coordinate agency-wide systems, facilities, and administrative processes. You will lead day-to-day operational coordination, manage technology support, and ensure access, documentation, and continuity across sites.

The role requires partnering with Finance, HR, and program teams to reduce manual work, implement standardized procedures, and improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in operations, IT, facilities, or project management.
• Experience supporting technology and troubleshooting user or system issues.
• Experience coordinating vendors, projects, or multi-site operations.
• Experience improving workflows, procedures, or documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and workflow automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational systems across PRAB locations.
• Lead technology support, equipment setup, and access management.
• Maintain inventory of technology, assets, and records.
• Oversee facilities coordination, vendor relationships, and site readiness.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, forms, dashboards, and automated workflows.
• Support data platforms, reporting, and continuity planning.
