Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, procurement, or software/service licensing
• Experience with travel and expense management processes
• Knowledge of financial planning and forecasting and tracking spend
• Experience in an engineering or technical organization
• Strong public speaking and ability to translate complex technical work into clear content
• Experience drafting standard operating procedures or process documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor relations, software licensing, and technical services support
• Manage travel and expense reports for the team
• Lead weekly budget planning and forecasting for the team
• Conduct weekly scrum meetings and unblock tasks as needed
• Report progress to the Advanced Technology Manager with clear updates
• Produce lightweight technical documentation and slick sheets for the team
• Create content such as slick sheets, video demos, and animations to showcase initiatives
