Job summary

Praxis, Inc. in New York City is seeking a Managers, Internal Operations to strengthen the backbone of a global mission-driven organization.

You will own execution across operations, people, finance, and systems, partnering with leadership to ensure processes stay reliable and scalable. You will split time between supporting the Director, Finance & Operations and the Chief of Staff, driving workflows that keep budgeting, onboarding, and hiring logistics on track.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and proactive operator
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
• Familiarity with finance and HR systems
• Comfort with budgeting, onboarding, and performance processes

Responsibilities

• Project Management of Annual Planning Rhythms using Asana and HR systems
• Finance Operations including AP/AR, expense coding, and close calendars
• Compliance & Internal Systems maintenance and new-state setup
• Hiring & Onboarding Administration support (ATS hygiene, onboarding calendars)
• CoS Support including calendar management and event coordination
