Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or projects while remaining hands-on with complex systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and operational priorities.
• Experience collaborating across large, complex organizations.
• Ability to engage effectively with vendors, partners, and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of system administration, networking, and application support.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver professional customer service and consultations.
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills are necessary to maintain and build relationships with partners across the University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor direct reports with a focus on high performance and SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, Operations division, and university departments to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Serve as the primary liaison with vendors and external partners for requirements, implementation, and issue resolution.
• Communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and incorporate feedback into service improvements.
• Oversee system administration, integrations, data flows, and access management with security and compliance in mind.
• Manage medium to large-scale technical projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery and proper documentation.
