The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc. invites applications for the Associate Director of Operations Analytics.

This role partners with Advancement leaders and technology partners to collect, analyze, interpret, and present data to inform fundraising, stewardship, and strategic decision-making. You will lead analytics and reporting projects from requirements through implementation, manage multiple priorities, and train staff on data tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in data analytics, or 2 years with a master’s degree.
• Experience in data management, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain data for reliable reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reports tailored for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead analytics projects from requirements through implementation.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for Advancement leaders.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to deliver data solutions.
• Provide training and consultation to promote data-driven decision making.
