The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc. seeks a data analytics expert to serve as a strategic partner bridging business needs and data solutions for Advancement leaders.

You will lead analytics projects from requirements through implementation, collaborate with IT and campus stakeholders, and promote data‑driven decision making across the Division. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in data analytics or BI, plus experience with dashboards, reporting, data management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
• Experience with data management, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Preferred Master’s Degree with experience in higher education advancement, fundraising, nonprofit organizations, or constituent engagement.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection and management to ensure data integrity and usability.
• Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead consultations to identify reporting and analytical needs and translate requirements into data solutions.
• Provide analytical insights to support fundraising campaigns, stewardship, and advancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and university stakeholders to support system integrations and reporting capabilities.
• Develop and deliver training to promote effective use of dashboards and analytics resources.
