Qualifications

• 1+ years of Manual Hone machining experience.
• Basic Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry).
• Knowledge and ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented procedures and resolves issues to meet standards.
• Maintains process variables to ensure consistency and quality.
• Logs daily operations and escalates concerns as needed.
• Supports training of other members and lean improvements.
