Woodward, Inc. is hiring for a manufacturing professional on the Loves Park, IL campus on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:24pm-1:54am with overtime Fridays). You will follow procedures, troubleshoot, log operations, and support lean and 5S practices to maintain quality.

Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude are essential for success. The role requires practical experience with grinders and inspection equipment, plus familiarity with GD&T and blueprint reading.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with Studer OD Grinders.
• Experience with inspection equipment.
• Knowledge of GD&T & Blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented procedures and support training of other members.
• Maintain key process variables to ensure consistency and quality.
• Log daily operations and escalate concerns as needed.
• Apply 5S and lean practices to improve organization and safety.
• Collaborate across teams to support workflow and continuous improvement.
