Level 2 requires 1+ years in machining; Level 3 requires 4+ years and offers mentorship responsibilities. Training during first two weeks ensures readiness for complex tasks.

Qualifications

• Level 2 requires 1+ years experience operating CNC Mills, CNC lathes or ID/OD Grinders.
• Level 3 requires 4+ years experience operating CNC Mills, CNC lathes or ID/OD Grinders.
• Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading is required.
• Experience with inspection equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Level 2: Follows documented procedures, supports training of other members, and maintains workflow across product lines.
• Level 2: Maintains key process variables to ensure consistency and quality.
• Level 2: Participates in 5S and safety practices; supports cleanliness and organization.
• Level 3: Leads complex tasks, mentors others, and ensures adherence to production standards.
• Level 3: Drives continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
