Job summary

Henkel in New York's Consumer Brands unit is seeking a production associate to support compounding operations, follow cGMP, and maintain safety and quality across batches.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing set-up, cleaning and documentation. Henkel offers health insurance, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and on-site facilities.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and monitor production batches, ensuring top-priority work is completed while managing other active batches efficiently.
• Set up, operate, clean, sanitize, and maintain compounding equipment, tanks, transfer lines, filters, pumps, and related systems to ensure product quality.
• Perform batch processing activities, including homogenization, sampling, resampling, transfers, yield calculations, inventory transactions, and bulk tanker offloading.
• Maintain accurate documentation, properly manage waste disposal, keep work areas clean, and collaborate with supervisors and mechanics to meet priorities and compliance standards.
• The position is inthe factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods oftime throughout the day. The employeemust regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

The hourly payrange for this role is $20.00- $27.00 plus shift differential $1.50. This range reflects the good‑faith minimumand maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for thisposition at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms ofcompensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers acomprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation willdepend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
