Job summary

Henkel is seeking a production operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm-10:30pm) with overtime as required. You will operate and adjust manufacturing equipment, monitor quality, and maintain production records in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing or warehouse settings, solid computer skills (MS Word/Excel), and strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities. Forklift certification or the ability to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
• Willing to work extended shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Current forklift certification or ability to obtain it

2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:30pm-10:30pm + OT as required | $1.25 Shift Differential

What you’ll do

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Ensure that all equipment operates smoothly and meets quality control standards to deliver high-quality products
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Willing to work weekend overtime shifts.
• Participate in HPS activities.
• DMS-Daily Management System: CILT, CL, DHo CILT-Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tighteningo CL-Centerliningo DH-Defect Handling
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

What makes you a good fit

• 1-2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Willingness to flex schedule in order to meet business needs, including extended shifts, weekends and holidays if necessary, as well as moving to other shifts to balance skills, results, vacation coverage and training opportunities

The hourly pay range for this role is $21.10. This range reflects the good-faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non-exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
