Job summary

Henkel is seeking a production-focused team member to operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently. This role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, adherence to specifications, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing area.

Key responsibilities include monitoring output quality, maintaining daily production records, and developing team capabilities while complying with PPE and hazardous materials handling requirements.

Qualifications

• HSD/GED or higher education is required.
• Load, unload, and transfer materials safely.
• Labeling and documentation of materials; inventory management of mini-bulk tanks.
• Bulk chemical loading and unloading.
• Material storage and location control.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and traceability.
• Forklift/PIT operation.
• PPE compliance.
• Hazardous chemical handling.

The hourly payrate for this role is $22.00. This rate reflects the good‑faith minimumand maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for thisposition at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms ofcompensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers acomprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation willdepend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
